I grew up in Northern New Jersey, where I was fortunate to be raised by two hardworking, career-driven parents who dedicated their entire professional lives to stable, long-term roles with the same company until retirement. Their commitment to their careers taught me the importance of diligence, perseverance, and the value of steady progress. This path instilled in me a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the security that comes with a traditional career trajectory. However, despite the admiration I had for their dedication, I realized early on that this was not the life I envisioned for myself. The idea of following in their footsteps, adhering to the conventional notion of a 9-to-5 job, didn’t resonate with me. I yearned for a more dynamic, flexible path that would allow me to balance both my personal and professional aspirations in a way that was uniquely my own.
However, like many recent college graduates, I began my professional journey in the corporate world, stepping into various marketing and business development roles in technology companies. These positions provided a solid foundation, offering exposure to the strategic and operational aspects of running a business. However, it wasn’t until I transitioned into a pivotal role at 3M that I truly began to hone my leadership, strategy, and innovation skills. At 3M, I experienced significant professional growth, and it was here that I realized how much I enjoyed not just contributing to a company’s success but also leading teams, driving change, and exploring new ways of thinking.
While I was thriving in my career at 3M, my personal life was evolving as well. I was balancing the demands of a growing career with raising our family, but it was also during this time that my husband, Tony, embarked on his own entrepreneurial journey. As he launched several successful technology startups, I had a front-row seat to witness the excitement, challenges, and fulfillment that come with business ownership. His passion and relentless drive for innovation, paired with his ability to take calculated risks and build something from the ground up, profoundly influenced me. I began to appreciate entrepreneurship not only as a career path but as a way of life—a mindset focused on resilience, creativity, and continual learning. Together, Tony and I shared a vision of creating and growing businesses, constantly inspiring each other to take bold steps, think outside the box, and pursue our shared goals of independence and success.
My evolving perspective, shaped by both corporate experience and exposure to the entrepreneurial world, eventually led me to transition into franchise consulting. This career shift was the natural culmination of everything I had learned and experienced. In this role, I am fortunate enough to help others embark on their own journeys to business ownership, guiding them as they discover opportunities that align with their personal goals, lifestyles, and aspirations. Whether it’s helping someone find a work-from-home opportunity or encouraging someone to take on a more hands-on, active role, I am deeply committed to helping my clients achieve the freedom, flexibility, and financial security that entrepreneurship can offer. It is incredibly rewarding to see others succeed and to know that I played a part in helping them unlock their full potential.
Today, Tony and I live in College Grove, Tennessee, along with our three boys and two Leonberger dogs. We have created a home and a life that reflects the values of hard work, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of our passions. Outside of my professional commitments, you can often find me enjoying the vibrant Nashville music scene, attending concerts, and soaking in the cultural pulse of our community.
This balance of professional fulfillment and personal passion fuels me every day, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue learning, growing, and helping others achieve their dreams.
