Roxanne possesses strong leadership, management, and customer service skills that she honed in the BPO industry. She began her career as a customer service representative and later transitioned into the virtual assistant space. Along the way, she discovered a passion for the franchise industry—connecting curious, driven individuals with the right opportunities to take control of their careers and financial futures.
As a partner at The Perfect Franchise, she leads and manages TPF's support operations and virtual assistant team based in the Philippines. Their work plays a key role in helping people align their goals, strengths, and skills with franchise opportunities that match their vision for the future. Roxanne lives with her husband, Oliver, and daughter, Maija, in the Philippines. She and her husband both contribute to TPF's operations in management and training to ensure consistent, high-quality, and reliable support for each client and VAs.

Lisa Sayegh is a seasoned operations, sales and marketing professional with over a decade of experience in the franchising industry. She was a successful multi-unit franchise owner and has spent the past 5 years in franchise operations and development, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both sides of the business.
Lisa brings a relationship-first approach to everything she does. She is known for her ability to connect authentically with individuals across all backgrounds and industries, and for her deep understanding of what it takes to grow strong, sustainable franchise systems.
As Vice President of Franchisor Relations, she focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with franchisors. In this role, Lisa works closely with franchise brand partners to ensure they are positioned for growth, visibility, and long-term success within The Perfect Franchise. She serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping franchisors navigate the development process. Her collaborative, hands-on style and deep industry knowledge make her a valuable asset to both franchisors and the consultants who represent them.

About Emily Romero
Emily Romero serves as Vice President of Franchise Strategy at The Perfect Franchise, bringing over a decade of experience in franchise development, compliance, and operational execution. Her career has been dedicated to helping franchise brands grow strategically, responsibly, and with a strong foundation for long term success.
Emily's focus has been on optimizing the quality of the franchise model and ensuring franchisee success. She has led development efforts for more than 35 franchise brands, working directly with founders to enhance franchise models, shape growth strategies, drive franchise sales, and expand across new markets. Her deep understanding of the full development lifecycle, from candidate recruitment through onboarding, has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs realize their goals through franchise ownership.
While Emily brings deep knowledge across compliance, development, and operations, her current focus is on franchise strategy. She works closely with brand founders, their internal teams, The Perfect Franchise consultants, and a wide network of franchise and business professionals to position brands for long term scalability. She ensures that growth is supported by strong systems, aligned values, and operational readiness.
In addition to her brand level work, Emily contributes to macro franchising efforts that aim to improve the broader franchise model. She is committed to raising ethical standards, increasing transparency, and ensuring better outcomes for both franchisors and franchisees.
